2025 PQMD Global Health Policy Forum

Courtney is the Director of Global Community Investment at AstraZeneca, part of the Global Health Equity team, where she leads the company’s largest charitable initiative, the Young Health Programme (YHP), as well as global medicine donations and disaster relief efforts. Under her leadership, the YHP has expanded into 20+ new countries and significantly expanded its reach and impact. Courtney is on the Board of the Partnership for Quality Medical Donations (PQMD) and serves as Chair of the Guidelines Committee, helping to champion high standards and promote access to care in underserved communities and populations in crisis.
