About me
Hanne LeCount is the Executive Director of Concordia, where she drives strategic growth and oversees daily operations, working closely with the CEO to align the organization’s vision. She joined in 2016 as Director of Social Impact and later served as Senior Director of Partnership Development, leading global programs like the Campaign Against Labor Trafficking and the Campaign for a Sustainable Global Food Supply. Hanne also co-led the P3 Impact Award and established the Concordia Action Alliance and Action Fund, catalyzing partnerships for global health and disaster responses.
Previously, Hanne worked with the U.S. Institute of Peace's PeaceTech Lab, supporting strategic initiatives and partnerships in peacebuilding. She has also interned at the U.S. State Department, the European Parliament, and the Council on Foreign Relations.
Hanne holds a Master’s degree from Georgetown’s School of Foreign Service, a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Truman State University, and a certificate from the University of Pennsylvania’s Executive Program in Social Impact Strategy. She is an active member of the U.S. Global Leadership Coalition’s Colorado Advisory Committee and has served on several boards and initiatives, including the Aspen Institute Socrates program and the U.S.-Taiwan Business Council 2024 exchange.
