About me
Verónica Arroyave is Vice President of Corporate Responsibility and Global Philanthropy at Baxter Healthcare and Executive Director of the Baxter Foundation. In that capacity, she works across the enterprise to elevate the intersection of business impact, corporate responsibility, and social investments. With the Foundation, she works to advance the company’s mission to save and sustain lives by building global philanthropic partnerships to increase access to healthcare, promote community resilience and STEM education to help create long-lasting impact in Baxter’s communities.
Verónica has held several leadership and advisory roles in the corporate, government, and non-profit sectors catalyzing global health partnerships and collaborations. She has a bachelor’s degree from Our Lady of Holy Cross, a master’s degree from Tulane University’s School Public Health & Tropical Medicine and a doctorate from Virginia Tech’s School of Public and International Affairs.
