About me
Molly Salmon serves as Medicines Lead in Amgen's Access to Healthcare team, supplying Amgen's medicines to collaborating partners and programs to maximize access to Amgen’s medicines globally. She plays a crucial role in supporting patients outside the US by leading Amgen’s bulk medicine donation program and generating funding recommendations for the Amgen Foundation's disaster response grants. Molly proudly serves on the PQMD Executive Board as the Corporate Member-at-Large and participates in the Membership Committee.
Previously, Molly managed inventory and demand for Amgen's US Patient Assistance Program, the Amgen Safety Net Foundation, while also leading the company's bulk medicine donation program. Molly has a background in trade compliance, where she established sanctions and anti-boycott compliance programs. Additionally, Molly spent several years in Amgen’s Global Supply Chain and Operations organizations, focusing on program implementation and management. Molly holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the City University of Seattle.
