About me
Dr. Russell Dowling is a global health professional with 13 years of experience overseeing public health program planning, implementation, and evaluation throughout sub-Saharan Africa, Latin America, and Asia. His expertise includes community-based and policy interventions as well as research in environmental health, maternal and child health, sexual and reproductive health, and nutrition. Russell earned his master’s degree in public health from Columbia University and his doctorate in public health from SUNY Downstate Health Sciences University. He is currently serving as the Senior Health Advisor at ChildFund International.
