About me
Since 2019, Dave has overseen International Medical Corps’ humanitarian and development programming in East Africa, North Africa and Asia. He is also the Acting Managing Director International Medical Corps UK.
Dave has master’s degrees in public health (MPH) and business administration (MBA) from the Johns Hopkins School of Public Health and its Carey School of Business, as well in natural resource management (MNR) from Oregon State University.
Dave directly managed relief and health programs in conflict settings including Afghanistan, Darfur, and Lebanon, before joining the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria and then The Power of Nutrition charity. Dave began his humanitarian career as a Peace Corps volunteer in Kazakhstan in the late 90s.
